Vodafone India — Unable to set 4g instead of excellent coverage on new 4g sim

My vodafone number is [protected]. I don't know why but whenever i change my network to 4g it bounces back to 3g h+ network thought everything is perfectly configured with a completely upgraded handset, i'm unable to use 4g. I've to mention that i have good 4g coverage in my area and vodafone earlier sent me a message that i get 4gb data for upgrading my handset but they charged me 56 rupees for 13mb data. I want my money back! I've been conned!😠 gimme my money back you fraudulent.
