[Resolved] Vodafone India — unauthorised bill given to me for my prepaid connection | |||
I have visited vodafone store in akurdi, pune on 3 september 19 and paided the bill and requested to terminate the connection. The employee has confirm me the same but now again the bill has generated and asking me to pay 470/- Now the customer care person has wrongly updated the case then why should i suffer and pay the bill which i haven't used. Its their fault and need to get it rectified and reverse the amount and give me the confirmation. First of all i am frustrated with the vodafone services and asking me to pay which i haven't used. This is pathetic service. Now again i have visited the store and he told me that i have zero rental plan and still i have been charge.. I got the call from customers care and i have confirmed to close the numbers, they have wrongly put remark in my case and billed me again I am requesting from july and still it's not terminate and billed me unnecessary I want to get this sort asap and revert me urgently Was this information helpful? | |||
