Vodafone India — Unauthorized activation of biscoot service

Address:600004

I received a message from Vodafone stating that the Biscoot services has been activated at a monthly rental on 26-Sat-15 at early morning 12.18 AM to my number [protected]. I had deactivated the services by sending a stop message to the number which was provided in the activation message 155223. Upon calling the customer care executive he was not able to provide a proper answer and states that it was activated by me by clicking the WAP page https://wwrwap.com which looks like a phishing website. The Operator insisted that I have clicked the link which activated the pack but I don't remember to have done anything like that. This is a matter of cheating customers and I expect Vodafone to be ensure such deductions are avoided. Being a customer for the past 8 years we don't expect such stupid cheap ways from Vodafone to get money from the customers. If they are able to verify the deactivation before performing it by asking for an acknowledgement they should do the same while activating a service.
