[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unauthorized billing of internet usage on post paid mobile +91-[protected] | |||
My current bill of Vodafone post paid connection +91-[protected] is extremely high and I am told it is due to Internet usage for which I had never authorized this number. I am not sure as how without my authorization the billing was done and also Vodafone never called me or informed me about the ever increasing bill?? Vodafone customer care told me that the services were provided as default with highest rate. How can Vodafone charge me for the services they provide in default mode?? This is surprising and violates the normal process ethical way of properly informing the customer either by call or by e-mail prior to providing services in default mode. I am not liable to pay for the services provided as default and henceforth the same should be taken off immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
