Vodafone India — unauthorized charge for caller tune | |
Hi, I am a Vodafone customer from very long period. One day I got a message from Vodafone customer service that an amount of Rs. 249 debited from my main balance for the caller tune subscription for one year for which I have never activated. Immediately after that I have raised a complaint to cust care and they deactivated the caller tune and told that the refund will be made within one hour. Its been 4 days since that incident. And today I asked cust care again about the same and they are informing that the refund will not be made as the amount is for one year subscription. And they were saying that if the caller tune is activated by any technical issue also, it will be activated for one month only. I wanted to escalate this issue to the higher official and asked them to let me talk to their manager, bt they did the same arguement with me that its not their fault and the refund will not be made. And when I asked them to show proof that I have activated that, they are saying that there is no such entry to show. Please escalate this issue and let the people know how these mobile network companies work these days. Was this information helpful? | |
