Vodafone India — Unauthorized deactivation of mobile no. [protected] | |||||
I, pintu das, using vodafone post paid connection with corporate plan since june 2016 (Mobile no. [protected]) and i have paid all my last outstandings against this mobile no. Before the due date. I have paid my last outstanding amount for rs.627/- on 19th april. My next bill due date is 19th may 2017. But surprisingly vodafone has deactivated my connection illegaly without any notice. Since i am using this connection for official purpose i am facing lot of problem due to this unauthorized deactivation. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 04, 2017 Updated by Priyanka SahaDas (Priya) One Vodafone customer care representative contacted me claiming that they have not received last bill payment... Whereas I have paid the last bill on 19.04.2017 for Rs. 627 vise transaction ID [protected]...Screenshot of payment attached for necessary action...   | |||||
