Vodafone India — Unauthorized deactivation of mobile no. [protected]

I, pintu das, using vodafone post paid connection with corporate plan since june 2016 (Mobile no. [protected]) and i have paid all my last outstandings against this mobile no. Before the due date. I have paid my last outstanding amount for rs.627/- on 19th april. My next bill due date is 19th may 2017. But surprisingly vodafone has deactivated my connection illegaly without any notice. Since i am using this connection for official purpose i am facing lot of problem due to this unauthorized deactivation.

One Vodafone customer care representative contacted me claiming that they have not received last bill payment... Whereas I have paid the last bill on 19.04.2017 for Rs. 627 vise transaction ID [protected]...
