Vodafone India — unauthorized vas activation of ts_how2vidw service | |
Vodafone idea is making money by activating vas service without customer's approval I use my vodafone sim only for data usage and i havent made any call/sms from my sim for the past few months.. I keep the sim in my modem.. Last time i remember i had 950+ inr balance in my account. But few days ago when i checked my balance through myvodafone app, i was shocked to see it was reduced to 867 inr, and found that the service ts_how2vidw is activated on my account. I have no idea how its activated, called the customer care executives and they kept on repeating the same thing (Even the modern day robots respond better than them) - we cannot activate a vas from our side. I asked them to check all my outgoing call / sms history of the past 3 months and if they find a single outgoing vas act request, deduct my entire balance, to which they replied they are working from home and they dont have access to their system. So i gave up and chose this option.
