I have asked customer care to unblock my mobile number which has been blocked by call center employee by collecting my personal details. Your executives refused to unblock my number and didnt give me any complaint number.
1st of all your executives cannot solve our problems and when complaints are lodged against their behaviour they call from personal number collecting details of customers to block the number again and again. What kind of professionalism is this and what kind of harassment is this?
