[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Unenecessary charges on the bill after repeated reminders and complaints

Hi, I have been using the vodafone corporate connection for the past 1year and I am on a plan named Fusion 999 where I get 2500 Local std minutes 1000 local and national messages and 4GB 3G data and despite of this I use a lot of internet, however from the past couple of months i am getting charged for downloads which I have never done.Last moth I disputed an amount of Rs.496.63 and the same was refunded however this month I have been charged Rs.1043 again.This has been experienced by other employees as well and Vodafone Customer services are unable to help and ask me to contact the nodal officer or write a mail to corp care and the help from them has been dissaticfatory or negligible.
