[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unethical service - outgoing calls barred | |||||
My number [protected]. Requested migration from postpaid to prepaid from vodafone store on 1st week of march, 2017 by completing all formalities. Waited days but no response, called customer care for more than 10 times no proper response on my migration request. One month completed, bill got generated then they are asking me to pay the bill to process migration. My question is what is the status of my previous request? No response for that . Their main aim to get the bill amount. Now next month, bill again generated, now it crossed 1000/- Still i am waiting for their response. No proper response for the emails i have sent. Now my outgoing calls are barred WHAT??!! Seriously? This is how you treat a corporate customer who is using vodafone for 3 years? Completely Unfair Tired of tying escalation mails. I want my bill to be waived and migrate my number to prepaid. I cant pay my money for your ignorance and poor services. interaction number:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
