[Resolved] Vodafone India — unfair balance of 18 deducted for 2 calls of 21sec & 62 sec. other than applicable rates. | |||
Vodafone deducted ₹18 for my 2 calls of total 85 sec. Saying i talked for 381sec each i. E total of 762 sec. I have full proofs with screenshot of both calls & call durations from my call history. Customer care executives replied to me with different reasons for deduction to same case & even blocked my no. When i complained for my refund urgently. This is very annoying service.
