Vodafone India — Unfair Charges of Download | |||
In the bill of Oct, 2014 on my Vodafone [protected], charge of Rs.130 has applied for downloading "d2c_ndtv_valuepk_9” & "hello1_tvallsouth". I brought this issues in front of the Vodafone Customer care earlier also, but it seems that they are not taking any necessary action to rectify theses error. Many Vodafone customer are suffering from such unfair charges on every month bases & I found the company is not taking this on serious note, due to which customer are getting exploit every day.
