BILL NO.[protected] BILL PERIOD 01-JAN-2015 TO 31-JAN-2015 PLAN- E_CONNECT_3G_375 MOB.NO. [protected] in my bill downloading charge reflected RS 99/- ref. d2c_mobc_ganak_ppu. my internet plan is unlimited and i have not download any chargable item. how can vodafone paid any third party on behalf of me without permission. last month also it was charged and wave it on my request.again this month they r charging. pls do not harass this type of service from a reputed company like vodafone. pls waive my this charge and i am paying only the actual amount Was this information helpful? | |||
