To, The Nodel Officer Vodafone Mobile Service Subject : Postpaid Mobile No.[protected] Dear Sir, It is very unfortunate that you have changed teriff plan without informing me and have charged higher bill. It comes within the definition of offence of cheating & criminal breach of trust punishable under Indian Penal Code. It also comes within the definition of ‘deficiency of service’ under Consumer Protect Act. I was compelled to make a request of porting the above mobile number. You have received above request and have sent me a msg at 18.50 hours on[protected]. By above msg, you have informed me that Porting Request No. is VW265892 dated 16 October 2014. You assured me that you would port the above number within 96 hours, but you have not ported my mobile number till date. You have hold my mobile number with the malafide intention to harass me. It is not only ‘unfair trade practice’ but also violation of directions & guidelines of Telephone Regulatory Authority of India. It is blackmailing tactics to charge higher bill amount to you are entitled. Neither my relatives and friends could wish me on the occasion of Depawali, nor I could wish them due to your holding of above mobile number as you stopped working of service on the occasion of Depawali with the malafide intention to harass me. You are liable to pay compensation to me Rs.500/- per day for mental agony and harassment since[protected], and also liable to refund access bill amount charged by you by changing the plan without informing me. Therefore you are advised that to port my mobile number immediately and to pay aforesaid compensation and to refund my access bill amount, otherwise I may take legal action as per law.
