[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unlimited Calls from Customer Care | |||
I am corporate postpaid connection user of vodafone. I have contacted Vodafone customer care for some issues in my data connection. Executive spared her time and got it resolved. She asked, if I am interested in knowing more 3G data packs offers, she can arrange a call for me and I said yes. And this was my big mistake. Now, in around 24 hours of time, I got almost 10 - 15 calls from CCEs offering Vodafone Post Paid plans. I don't understand, if I am already a Corporate Post Paid Plan user, why are they offering me another post paid plan and when I have not raised such request. If I will receive any such calls, I will complain it on TRAI and port my number to another service provide. Also I will ask my company to blacklist Vodafone from Corporate connection and go for another service provider. Was this information helpful? | |||
