Vodafone India — unlimited pack request given two times on 19th aug but not activated | |||||
We took unlimited pack of Vodafone for 84 days which was about to expire in midnight of 19th Aug but before that in the morning itself we gave renewal request, authorised them for amount deduction from our main balance, request acknowledgement generated and shared with Vodafone customer services so many times, on Social media platforms and through regd email id but instead of my unlimited pack Commenced, they deducted my rs 750 from my balance and after waiting for 2 days, I again paid rs 199 for 28 days o[censored]nlimited pack now neither they refund my rs 750 nor they are replying Was this information helpful? | |||||
