[Resolved] Vodafone India — unnecessarily charging more amount to the bills. want weaver of Rs.300/- | |||
vodafone is playing with the emotions of the customer.unnecessarily charging more cost to the bills and very arrogantly talking with the customerand not ready to resolve the problem and when i called customer care they made me hold for 40 minutes and after that also they are saying ' DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO". This sentenced is used by their team leader Mr. sharukh in mumbai customer care.and they never give me my gift which i supposed to receive after 3 months but it almost 1.5 yrs but no response from the vodafone. This is very serious issue i dont know they may have did this way to many customer as well.Need to take strict action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
