[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary calls asking about someone | |||
i am not a vodafne customer but fr past one week i am getting calls from vodafne for the unbilled amount in the name of bharathi.. i dont know who had this number before but i am getting calls every two months for some other person from vodafone for unbilled amount. do these people have any sense??? I am not a vodafone customer but someone who had the number used my number before i got this number. I am getting frequent calls for the unpaid amount on a vf num. Many cc exec use harassing words and unnecessary emotions. I have already filed a complaint regarding these calls in vodafone india via twitter they arranged two assistance calls but still no use. I am getting the calls often. No one is responsible in vodafone. No body gives proper response. I am suffering for something for which i am not intended to.
Worst customer service ever
Poor assistance
Irresponsible staffs
No proper communication between them
