[Resolved] Vodafone India — Unnecessary deduction of main balance | |||
Hello sir, My Vodafone number is [protected].The main balance rs.30 was deducted on[protected].Then I called to customer care and asked the details.They said you activated something at 7.25Am on[protected].But I said at the time my phone is in rest condition. They also satisfied with this problem and your money will refund in next 4 hours.I asked three times with customer care for next two days and all said money will refund in next 4 hours.But till now I didn't get my money.
