Vodafone India — Unnecessary deductions from balance | |||||
Dear Vodafone team, It is with great regret and disappointment that i am writing this mail. The balance from my vodafone prepaid number [protected] is being deducted daily by your organisation even when i have not activated any services. Today Rs. 56 has been cut without any intimation. When i try to call the customer care ther is no option of speaking to the customer care executive. I am facing this problem since a long time and have let it go in the past. But now it is becoming unbearable. In the past also when the customer care executive service was available I have specifically instructed to not activate such services on my number. Still again the same problem. I have always been a loyal vodafone customer but this unnecessary loot from your end has aggrieved me a lot. There is no option of speaking to a customer care executive on your regional number of karnataka ([protected]). I request you to please stop this at once and stop deducting my balance unnecessarily.
