Vodafone India — Unnecessary isd charges added to my bill due to system error | |||||
Hi, im steve, i am using vodafone postpaid connection 499 unlimited local std plan, my number is [protected]. For bill period (06.04.17 to 05.05.17), i have been charged bill of rs 803.39/- in which isd charges included for rs 200 plus tax which i have not used and on calling vodafone customer care on 24/05/2017 executive told me usage charges are wrongly charged due to system error and a reversal of rs 230 has been processed and adjusted in bill on the same day. I find that this time they have charged me more than my usages for the billing period (06.05.17 to 05.06.17) rs 2415.55 which includes rs 1600 plus tax of rs 240 in my current bill. My outgoing calls are barred and harassed unnecessarily by vodafone customer care. I am ready to pay what i have used but i won't pay unnecessary isd charges added due to a system error. I request vodafone to withdraw unnecessary charges from my bill so that i can continue. But so far i haven't received any response. I am really upset with the services provided by vodafone.
