Vodafone India — unsubscribed value added services | |||
Deae sir/ma'am, Vodafone deducted my balance for unsubscribed packs like cine services and games pack without my confirmation. On asking customer executive she claimed that i must have clicked kn online ads which lead to subscription, however which i never did. And i never got a confirmation regarding the same. Further these services got autodeducted time to time which i never consented in first place. I have been deducted a total of ₹264 since 15th october. This has been going same for my mother's number. My mother was also deducted for such unwanted services. I request you to please take action against vodafone to prevent any such unprofessional tactics. Was this information helpful? | |||
