Vodafone India — Unwanted pack activation

I received an SMS, saying that I had requested for activation of CLUBHOUSE pack, which in fact I hadn't. I wish to stop and get my money refunded. This is the third time this month my money is getting cut on packs I haven't requested. I have already lost nearly rs200 on services like this. Even if the money is getting cut, I wish to know more about the services. But right now I would really appreciate it if I get my money refunded and an explanation as to why this is happening.

I have submitted my documents 20 days back to port my sim. But since last 15 days my sim is not working. Vodafone stopped my outgoing calls as the verification has not been done till day. The worst service ever. Vodafone serivce sucks. It was my great mistake to port into vodafone network.
