Vodafone India — unwanted value added service activation | |||
Very strange thing happened in last few days i got message from vodafone that you activated a value added service named mobile apps club and they deduct balance from my account. I called customer care, inform them about this message but they said this is done by you sir and and we cannot do anything about your balance but now we are deactivating this value added service but within few hours i received another message that i activated another value added service named music safari but luckily i had no balance in my account so they cannot detect this time but they give me a time period of 7 days and said that if you recharge in next 7 days then we charge for this pack and it will be activated then. This is totally a spam and if you call to customer care they will make you fool Was this information helpful? | |||
