[Resolved] Vodafone India — unwanted vas activation and balamce deduction without consent | |||
My vodafone number is [protected]. On 25th february 2020, some kind of vas service was activated on my number without my cinsent and an amount of rs. 21 was deducted from my main balance. I trued to contact vodafone complain number 198 but they denied the refund. As per trai rule any telecom service provider can not activate such services and deduct balance without consent of the customer. I request you to process the refund immediately.
