Vodafone India — Unwarranted Change in Tariff Plan | |||
Hi, This is regarding sudden change in Postpaid Tariff plan from Vodafone side. I am using the Vodafone Postpaid connection for last 8 years, and this is the first time I got really angered by Vodafone move. At present I am using Postpaid - E299 Corporate plan. Before the tariff changes they were offering 750 MB Data Free on 3G speed every month and once you cross limit it was automatic shift on 2G speed with unlimited data, with NO EXTRA CHARGES. In sudden move, Vodafone changed all the Postpaid Tariff plans and once you cross free 3G data limit as per your plan; they are going to charge 4P/10Kb till Rs 250 additional Bill amount. After that automatic shift on 2G speed with unlimited data. In my view, this is just the move to earn rather take out more money from Customer side. The company has not thought of consumer view over this, which is not at all acceptable. Attached is the screenshot of SMS from Vodafone side. Any help in this regard highly appreciated.
