Vodafone India — Useless service regarding internet

Dear team,
My internet is not working on [protected] and before a week, i've registered complaint, no. Is [protected]. But still not getting any response from your side, neither your representative have call me nor you guy's have solved my problem. Kindly help me regarding this or if you are not able to solve this problem say clearly i will port my sim card to some other network operator. Even you guys have put my no. On DNC, my call not get connected to your customer representative.
