[Resolved] Vodafone India — value added service automatically activated by vodafone | |||
I am a post paid (499/-) customer of vodafone, from last 20 th dec 2017 suddenly they (Vodafone) activate a game to my number without any activation request from me and add rs 30/- on my rental, instantly i called up to call centre for deactivate the service, black list the vas & waiver for rs 30/- from rental, they assured me that they black listed the value added service but on[protected] again another vas activated on my number and rs 21/- added to my rental, again i call them and they deactivate the vas, surprisingly today[protected] again another vas activated and rs 49/- added to my rental. My question is that, after black listing the value added service on[protected] how this service activated again? And this "vas" activation and deactivation takes a lot my precious time and peace of mind. I just want release from malpractice of vodafone.
