Vodafone India — value added service (vas) is charged to my post-paid bill on regular basis in an illicit way | |||
I have already complained about the problem to vodafone store - kankurgachi on 23rd december 2017. They have deactivated the vas services from my vodafone number on 23rd december 2017 itself. After deactivating the vas services, it was charged again to my next post-paid bill. I have complained the same to vodafone store - kankurgachi again but they did not able to solve my problem. Then i have sent a complain email to vodafonebillonmail. [protected]@ebill. Vodafone.com on 29th january 2018. On the same day i got a reply mail from corporatecare. [protected]@vodafone.com stating that my vas charges was waive and i don’t need to pay this amount. But after all these communications the unwanted vas charges are again charged to my current month’s post-paid bill. Was this information helpful? | |||

I tried to do payment of my postpaid mobile ([protected]).
But somehow it is not reflecting in my account.
Transaction amount: 470.82
Date: Feb 21, 2018
Time: 4:02 PM
Amount is debited from my card, but still not showing that bill is paid in my account.
Please check and let me know what's wrong.
