Vodafone India — Vas charges added to monthly bill without any service availed with consent | |||||
Vas is not active in my vodafone number, yet rs 255 charge have been added to may 2017 bill. Vas activated without consent was stop as soon as possible. No active vas on my number as well currently. Charge is unjust and cleverly orchestrated plan to dupe customer. My number is postpaid number and i started in a new plan from april this year. April bill did not have vas.
