Vodafone India — Vas charges | |||
I am tired for your vas charges about content download and service activation, they started without my prior knowledge and you kept adding charges in my bill and everytime you guys blamed me for downloading and activating services but they are doing unknowingly, do you have any option to restrict vas and content download, or these are just fake download doing by vodafone itself to increase bills. raj kumar sain [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

My wife(Sharbari Ray) no is [protected].Its on Rs 999 plan.She has been charged Rs 6000 for VAS services.When we repeatedly called your customer care centre they said you have been charged for VAS services, we can deactivate the services but you have to pay the billl. When we said to adjust the bill they kept disputing said we can't do that. Moreover they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing till you pay Rs 6000..
