Vodafone India — vas charges deducted without any usage and activation | |
I have been sending email to Vodafone corporate care since March 28th. There has incorrect VAS charges for April month, VAS charges of Rs20. Also there was incorrect charges in the month of March for Rs46, which was later waived off, after I have raised complaint here in consumer court and email to corporate care. However this time continuously I'm receiving response from Vodafone corporate saying it's correct charges. I have been asking for details on Rs20 which they are unable to provide. Rather they are coming back with same repetitive answer that it is correct and they can't waive off. When I'm not using any VAS service on Vodafone, neither it is activated on my number, how they are keep on saying it is correct? And why they are charging again and again? Last month they have reversed, this month again they are charging. Like this Vodafone will keep on charging. This is really harassment and cheating customer. I request some action on Vodafone, as it is not acceptable that every month they keep charging such incorrect charges. I want Vodafone to do the correction at the earliest and make sure you are not charging VAS charges on my number anymore. I If it is correct they need to provide details on this Rs20 VAS CHARGES. I need proof on this. As I'm 100% sure it is incorrectly charged on my number. As I do not have any VAS services activated neither used any such service. Was this information helpful? | |
