[Resolved] Vodafone India — VAS service activated automatically | |||||
My balance of ₹180 has been deducted in following ways for VAS of which I haven't activated Vodafone automatically active anything and charge me for it. 150₹ 31-5-17 25₹ 02-6-17 6₹. 02-6-17 Even after calling 6-7 time to customer care, and even writing them mail, my balance is refunded. Customer care people say it will be done in 24hrs, and twice they hung up when I asked for complaint number, they aren't giving me complaint no. also. Return my balance soo .
