Vodafone India — vas service activation without consent & deducting money | |||
Recently, VAS service was activated to my mobile number [protected] without my consent & money appx. Rs 49/- was deducted my balance after recharge on 7th Jan 2020. This becomes a common practice from Vodafone to cheat the customer by unnecessarily activating VAS and deducting money from common people. Customer care agent didn’t respond to my query & not even got response for complaint raised in their Vodafone portal. I urge Vodafone to return deducted amount & stop cheating the customers.
