[Resolved]  Vodafone India — Vodafone 3g not working in roaming

I have been using 3g in mysore since 1 months with my chennai corporate number without any problem. But all of a sudden, since evening of 5th September 2014, am unable to connect to 3g network. I tried contacting customer care, but they are saying that the 3g service is not available in roaming. But in vodafone India site, it clearly states that 3g is available in roaming also. Please help me with this problem.
