There is a huge gap in terms of communication and understanding in your team, which you should know.
I have been billed wrongly for ages. I got to know this when my friends laughed on me that, in this era i am spending inr[protected] on mobile bills and with minimal data. Then i noticed my spending and i was also shocked. The way i was charged for services not taken, late payment, some vas charges, double charges. So i will put all this in pointers so that its easy to comprehend.
I was charged for netflix (500 every month) for 3 months, when i never had a netflix subscription. I raised this and they reversed the same, but it was never accounted on my app and next bill used to come along with the charges again... Why same error??
I changed my rental to 699 from 1000 in last 2-3 months still my bill was 1200/1400/1600 some crazy amount.. How is that possible??
What ever reversal happened was on mail or text messages, these were never accounted on the app, so i kept paying the wrong amount as i used to get last date ultimatum... Why the app was not in sync with the communication???
After all the reversal was done, as per a gentleman from your team, the bill for april - may 2018 should have been either zero or some minuscule amount, but in the app it was reflecting inr1249.30, i was asked to pay the same and was told that it will be adjusted in the next month bill. I paid and it was not adjusted and again some mail to came to me saying its reversed and next month the bill came inr1619.82.. Why is your team looting me???
At the end i would just like to mention that i have been using this number for almost a decade now... This is how you treat your loyal customers???
Really looking for a resolution to this, i am not going to keep paying this kind of exorbitant bills again and again..
