[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone cheat with me... They told me wrong information and harass me. | |||
I get wrong information from vodafone exucative.. I called at around 1.30 to 2 pm today.. The customer executive told me my number have 446 offer... He told me the details of the recharge offer which is 70 days free call validity nd per day 1 gb data free... Then i recharged 446 through easy recharg but after 3hrs i saw that call charge deducted from my main balence.. After that i saw my internet balence deducted from my main balence. Then i calld 5 timed in vodafone customer care they told me that u dont have any offer of 446 in ur number its a wrong information from our vodafone customer executive... Vodafone cheat with me and harras me... Why i get worng information from vodafone customer care?? Pls do a need full step nd get back my offer or main ballence. Was this information helpful? | |||
