Vodafone India — vodafone - cheating the customer by not paying the refund | |||
I have deactivated my mobile number before deactivation i have paid 1290 rs. But i have not received the amount even i contacted the vodafone show room at ecr. I have no update. I have waited for more than one year I have emailed the customer service and nodal. [protected]@vodafone.com but no response from anyone. If they not respond after deactivation then why should they debit the amount to us and deactivate? Deactivated numbers [protected] [protected] Its like cheating the customers. Hi I am Manikandan. My mobile number is [protected]. Last two years Outgoing SMS are blocked with same number. i have complaint with Vodafone store. but still issue not clear.

in that message, they said i am currently active on the wwe zone_ads pack tour 15 days subscription of rs 75 will be deducted on the 20/07/2018.
I did not active that type of scheme .
This is not tolerate my balance money is also low .
