Vodafone India — Vodafone fraud. Wrong internet charges in feb 2016 postpaid bill. | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Ramakrishna and my vodafone postpaid mobile no. is [protected]. I have called customer care on 17th jan for deactivation of my 2g unlimited add on pack. But customer care has told me that no pack is active on the number but i know add on pack is active. Again i have called on 28th for deactivation, at that time plan was available and deactivated accordingly. I have activated add on pack Rs. 199 2gb unlimited pack and also i have 1gb Internet in my monthly rental. I have used my add on pack for 12 days from Jan 17 to Jan 28 and eligible data under add on pack till date is 819 mb however i have used only 794Mb. since i have 1 gb in my monthly rental, i have used around 600 mb. But from 3 rd february onwards i was charged Rs. 1633 plus service tax for the data usage till 8th february. But i have not even used 600 Mb in my monthly rental of 1 gb additional to addon pack. I have called several times for resolving the issue and also i have sent mail to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. However my request are being closed without my consent. Customer care is not willing to listen to my issue. This is very sad. i have never been overdue in payment. Vodafone is trying to cheat customer by doing such practices. please take action on vodafone and process the refund of Rs. 1870. which is extra charged in my bil. Was this information helpful? | |||
