[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone has charged me extra money for my international roaming pack

I would like to register complaint regarding vodafone for charging me extra money for bill. Vodafone has charged 2 times for international charges. I had called vodafone team on 28th sep many times to activate on international roaming. I am vodafone regular customer but this kind of method of charging customer extra money not good. I had register my complaint against vodafone against on 13th oct. Till today no resolution to my problem. Since 13th october i am calling everyday to their customer care at least 3 times but no response. Whenever i ask to speak supervisor or manager they cut my call. Not a single time surperviser spoke to me. Vodafone has caused me mental stress a lot since 13th oct. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
