Vodafone India — vodafone idea only cheating it's customers | |||
Ref#[protected] I want the refund for the extra recharge done on this service. Feedback for your internal customer service doesn't matter at all. This is not business ethics. Vodafone treats it's customers as they are fools by cheating and misleading with inappropriate behaviour and information. I am glad that vodafone doesn't care at for it customers. A customer alway has further options by porting out all the services in the family, then inform the consumer court and fight for extra compensation for the cheat, fraud, misslead for the service they have addressed for such a simple concern. Appellate desk is also useless and they don't know what to talk. Was this information helpful? | |||
