[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone incorrect billing and the worst customer service | |
I have (sorry had) 6 services for past 8 years and now cancelled all the services with Vodafone just due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and INCORRECT Billing. No responses, false call back promises, incorrect billing and inefficient customer agents who does not know to explain or handle a customer. Fed up of raising a complaint 5 months before and after regular follow ups finally cancelled the services. Was this information helpful? | |
