Vodafone India — Vodafone India - Unfair Charges Deduction

My mobile no is [protected], I received my monthly Vodafone bill for the period from 5th oct to 4th november 2014. I registered a complaint against it ( complaint no: [protected]). I never got a call from Vodafone representative. After two days I talked to an online representative. They responded that " it is mention in the complaint as the concern team has called you had spoken to you regarding the downloading charges, as the charges is correct, as you are liable to pay the charges." But I never received any call. These charges are fraudulent in nature. Kindly resolve my query and provide my refund ASAP.
