[Resolved] Vodafone India — Vodafone India - Wrong Internet Charges | |||
I am a vodafone postpaid user with mobile number [protected](Delhi NCR). I had activated some internet plans on my mobile in early September 2014, But now when I look at my bill for the month of September 2014, there is a charge of rs. 850 in internet plans under 'MI_CAP_850_30d_R_PROMO_3G'. I never took this plan.Vodafone sucks so much these days. After that, I went to the nearby Vodafone Store in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad to check the fees of my internet plans. The guy present there said that I had plans of Rs.850 activated on my number but that was not activated on my no. i just activated the plan of Rs. 150 By calling customer by which the said that i can use that plant from that day & the plan is activated.
