Vodafone India — vodafone international roaming rental of rs 99 is deducted without my request | |||
My number was deducted of rs 99 as international roaming. Also because of this unwarranted activation i accidently picked up a call and then disconnected within 4 secs but a charge of rs 70 was deducted for an international charge. I do not want international roaming rental on my vodafone number. Vodafone arbitrarily initiated to deduct balance from my main account without my request for any international services. I do no want any international roaming or international service. I want to be out of your default balance deduction schemes. I'm reaching out here because vodafone customer service has no answer to this issue. Please let me know how to unsubscribe from your default scheme of balance deduction without any request from the users. Why did this happen in the first place? Was this information helpful? | |||

Whenever i am sending message its getting failed it weather it is message to friend or to bank what should i do now
Services stopped on [protected] without any reason. Poor customer support. No response/help from twitter or emails or phone calls to [protected]
