Vodafone India — vodafone is not converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid | |||
On 18th may i requested to convert my sim from postpaid to prepaid in raebareli vodafone store near degree college chauraha. I gave them money for last generated bill and for first recharge (Inr 249). They told me that within 2-3 working days my sim will convert to prepaid but it's about to 2 weeks and they did nothing. Sir I'm a Vodafone user and I use it since 2 years but after 2 years it show sim card registration failed can you solve it as soon as possible please I request to you
