From 12/10/2015 onwards the Vodafone is providing a very low speed and also 2G service though the payment they have taken is for 5GB and 3G service. In spite of writing 8 mails to their appellate.[protected]@vodafone.com, nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com and to their Kolkata customer care, they are not correcting the problem . Only auto generated mail acknowledgements are coming. Also they have written that up to 5th November 2015 the problem will be attended. I have asked them not to charge me for the one month period they are not giving service. They are silent. Actually they have taken advance payment of 8 months from me so I am losing heavily and they do not have any urgency. Number is [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Vodafone has resorted to cheating its customers. Like FDA in the US, strong TRAI intervetion is required otherwise they will not change. They have become shameless.
