[Resolved]  Vodafone India — vodafone is taking money from consumer by fraud means.

respected sir I used to recharge my mobile by the vodafone tarrif of Rs. 46, but suddenly on 18th November 2014 I rechard my mobile than they give me an unwanted 1GB 2G internet pack. But when I call to customer care they said that this is the new plan. I told them that how make new plan by not letting even shopkeeper and customers unaware of it. I requested them to convert my Rs. 46 into my balance but they declined to it. Sir this is a serious case of fraudery. If they take Rs.46 from every customer than their profit will be in crores.
