[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone number [protected] change in account from corporate to personal as well as port from maharashtra circle to mumbai circle | |||||
Dear Team, Subject: To Port Vodafone Mobile number [protected] from Maharashtra Circle to Mumbai Circle as well Change in Account Name from Wockhardt Corporate Account to My personal account. I am using Vodafone Number [protected] (Mumbai Circle) since decade. In November 2016, I shifted to Aurangabad from Mumbai and same Vodafone number ([protected]) converted into Corporate account (Wockhardt Corporate Account) from my personal account. As Wockhardt Admin Personnel said, Wockhardt will provide NOC (No Objection Certificate) when I will leave the Wockhardt organization. In December 2018, I have resigned from Wockhardt Ltd (Aurangabad, Maharashtra) and shifted to Mumbai. So, I have requested to Wockhardt Admin personnel to provide me NOC for Change in Account of Vodafone Number ([protected]) from Wockhardt to my Personal Account and Port from Maharashtra Circle to Mumbai Circle. Wockhardt Admin Personnel has given me all the required documents for change in account name (From Wockhardt to Personal account) as well as port in Maharashtra Circle to Mumbai Circle as mentioned by the Vodafone Executive. All the required documents I have submitted to Nearest Vodafone stores (Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai Vodafone Stores) on 31st 2018. Vodafone rejected my Port request on 10th January 2019. When I inquired from Vodafone customer care then they said Authorized Person name is not matching with as per their current list, as the admin person was also left the Wockhardt. Then I asked the available authorized person from Wockhardt to provide me NOC and they provided. I have submitted the fresh NOC as per the requirement from Vodafone to nearest Vodafone Stores after their request on 14th January 2019. Vodafone Executive has verified all the submitted documents as sent me a mail, that "All required Documents are received from your side and there is nothing is Pending from your side, we will complete your request latest by 22nd January 2019”. In 23rd January 2019, when I followed-up with the Vodafone executive for my request, then they were telling me that it is still under process. I am following with Vodafone since one month and Vodafone executives are not communicating me about problem for process. They are just delaying my request. Now I am very much dis-appointed from Vodafone Service. Please do the needful. If more information required from my side then please let me know. I have copy of all the required documents and mail communication from Vodafone. I am not able to attach the email communication held with Vodafone.
