[Resolved] Vodafone India — vodafone number portability from vodafone to airtel | |||
I was fed up with network problems im facing with vodafone. I raised a port out request on 23 august. I called vodafone customer care many times to check status of my port out request. Till it was rejected they told me it was accepted and the port out date is august 30. After it got rejected, they asked me to pay bill of 179 rupees just for 8 days o[censored]sage (Not sure how they calculated and my billing period ends by aug 22). To retain customers, this is a cheap trick played by them. Why did not they say if i have some outstanding? Anyhow that is not outstanding, that could be unbilled amount. I asked them to escalate the issue and they did not do anything. They are still saying same story that i heard earlier that i can get port out on sept 6th. Was this information helpful? | |||
